The Inscape Certified Everything DiSC Trainer designation provides you with credentials that demonstrate your in-depth understanding of DiSC, the Everything DiSC Facilitation System, and its applications. It ensures that you are grounded in the newest DiSC research and provides a way for you to demonstrate your commitment to excellence and innovation. You’ll be able to deliver your own DiSC training, coaching, and consulting sessions knowing you have a complete understanding of DiSC.

LEARN HOW TO CREATE SIMPLE, EFFECTIVE DISC-BASED SOLUTIONS

By becoming an Inscape Everything DiSC Certified Trainer, you’ll be able to

You’ll also learn how to build your own custom course outlines based on the unique needs of your organization.

COMPREHENSIVE TWO DAYS OF LEARNING

During the two days of learning you will be immersed in the history, theory, and interpretation of DiSC. You’ll thoroughly review the resources available to conduct DiSC learning, including the Everything DiSC Facilitation System, the DVD, and the complete line of DiSC reports. You’ll have hands-on practice crafting a wide range of DiSC solutions, and you’ll participate in group presentations of the training materials. Lastly, you’ll demonstrate your knowledge of DiSC during a practical examination.

Inscape Everything DiSC® Trainer Certification

All sessions are in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where Inscape’s corporate offices are located. Trainers and presenters will include Inscape’s Vice President of Training, Training Manager, and Research Manager.

Cost: $2495 per person

The two-day certification program includes all materials, continental breakfast, and lunch. Participants are responsible for their own travel, lodging, and all other expenses. The following materials and reports are included: DiSC Classic 2 Plus Report, DiSC PPSS Report, six DiSC Supplemental Reports, DiSC Group Culture Report, DiSC Facilitator’s Report, and the Everything DiSC Facilitation System.*

*If you have already purchased your Everything DiSC Facilitation System, the fee to attend DiSC Trainer Certification is $900. Each participant MUST have their own Everything DiSC Facilitation System for DiSC Trainer Certification. Please bring your Everything DiSC materials with you to the training.

An Alternative to our Classroom DiSC Train-the-Trainer Program
Occasionally we get requests for an option to our traditional 2-day classroom DiSC Trainer Designation. You will experience the same outcomes as our on site event.  The virtual option includes a blended learning approach of self-paced online training and personalized individual telephone coaching.  The Virtual course takes approximately 15-16 hours to complete.
