WITH STYLE" has the right to refuse service to any individual,
organization, or firm (and all members associated or affiliated with
said organization or firm) that refuses to abide by the terms and
conditions herein, refuses to abide by the Listing Policies as posted
and displayed on the this website, or abuses their rights related to our
free service.
"SUCCEED WITH STYLE" utilizes email as a primary communication
channel. As a user, YOU hereby acknowledge and grant “SUCCEED WITH
STYLE” the permission to communicate with YOU via email (as well as
other communication channels such as phone and fax) for any purposes we
determine to be relevant including, but not limited to, system messages,
product updates and discounts, service announcements and other marketing
messages including "WIN" our Weekly Insight Nugget. Under no
circumstances will "SUCCEED WITH STYLE" have any liability for

"SUCCEED WITH STYLE" prohibits the use of our system or
information from our website to generate or send unsolicited email (spam).
We will revoke the privileges of any customer or company that breaches

OWNERSHIP AND LICENSE
"SUCCEED WITH STYLE" retains all intellectual property rights,
title and interest in the "SUCCEED WITH STYLE" website and
database. YOU will not and will not allow others to: use, disassemble,
merge, copy, disclose, sell or transfer the structure or sequence of our
website or technology.
PROPERTY
SUBMISSION
AGENTS
& BROKERS
YOU agree only to submit property descriptions, photographs, financial,
contact or other information contained in each Property's data to "SUCCEED
WITH STYLE" when YOU have received all necessary rights and
authorizations, including from the photographer and/or copyright owner
of any photographs, to publish and advertise the Property on the YOUR
website or on our website. "SUCCEED WITH STYLE" shall have the
sole authority to choose the manner in which any Property will be
displayed, accessed, downloaded, copied, and otherwise used on our
website and we shall have the right to modify and edit the text of any
property listing in the exercise of its rights under this Agreement. YOU
represent and warrant that all Properties and associated information
provided by YOU will be accurate; that YOU have been engaged by the
property owner to market the property under the terms of a duly executed
listing agreement with the owner. "SUCCEED
WITH STYLE" is not responsible for checking the accuracy of reports
or data files submitted by YOU.
It
is YOUR responsibility to promptly provide us with any contact or
billing information changes or updates (including phone number, email
address, credit card numbers, etc.). Updates may be made on the Contact
Page of our website www.succeedwithstyle.com.
You
may submit up to 3 different properties to be included on our site, for
free. We will accept one
residential property with a listing price of $250,000 and above, one
commercial property at any price and one raw land property at any price.
Your listings will appear on our site for 3 months.
At the end of the 3 month period, you may submit three different
properties for each category. Every 3 months you may repeat this process for free.
You will be allowed only one text change per three month period
per each property. All
submissions, text changes and contact changes will be made via email at
our website www.succeedwithstyle.com or our email address: succeed@succeedwithstyle.com.
You
may also include a company logo, a picture of yourself and a link to
your website or homepage, also for free.
If
you would like to advertise additional properties on our website, the
nominal charge of $25.00 per listing per 3 month period can be paid via
credit card at our website or by phone.

OWNERS
If
YOU are a For Sale By Owner or Owner and intend to market your property
directly via our free service, YOU represent that you own the property
and have all rights associated with selling said property.
Only one property per 3 month period my be submitted and only one
text change per 3 month period will be allowed.
It

month paid listing period with no refunds available. You also have the right to request the immediate termination
of all free listings. All
paid listings will run their full three month course, with no refunds

GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement, and the property posting and search service provided
by "SUCCEED WITH STYLE" shall be governed by the laws of the
State of Ohio, without reference to conflict of laws principles. The
parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the
State and Federal courts of Geauga County, Ohio for the adjudication of
any disputes or claims arising out of and/or related to this Agreement.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or
unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall
be severed from the remainder of this Agreement, which shall remain in
full force and effect.
ASSIGNMENT
This Agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit
of the parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
The rights under this Agreement or any license granted hereunder may not
be assigned, sublicensed or otherwise transferred by Customer without
the prior written consent of "SUCCEED WITH STYLE", which
retains the right to withhold consent in its sole discretion.
NOTICES
All notices to Company must be in writing and must be sent
registered mail, certified mail, or overnight mail with a return receipt
requested to "SUCCEED WITH STYLE", Ohio headquarters.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The terms and conditions of this Agreement constitute the entire
agreement between the parties and supersede all previous agreements and
understanding, whether oral or written, between the parties hereto with
respect to the subject matter of this Agreement.
