Patricia J. Redic Earns Qualifications to Administer Myers-Briggs Type Indicator

Pat Redic, president of Succeed With Style and Millennium Benefits Group has passed the exam required by CPP, Inc (Consulting Psychologist Press) to offer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.  Qualification is granted only to those who have received training for the use of the instrument through an approved qualifying program, have appropriate training and credentials, adhere to the principals of proper use, including knowledge of assessments and their applications and must pass the required exam at 80% or higher.

 

The MBTI is a tool used to sort individuals’ preferences on 4 scales, attitudes for energy and orientation to the outer world and mental functions for acquiring information and decision-making.  The MBTI is used by millions of individuals in more than 50 countries to help people and organizations grow and develop by improving performance and increasing understanding.

 

Pat completed her training through Type Resources, the original agency authorized by CPP, Inc to offer MBTI qualification.  Pat is qualified to administer all class B instruments, including TKI and FiroB.  The classifications are based on the Standards for Educational and Psychological Testing, developed jointly by the American Psychological Association, The American Educational Research Association and the National Council on Measurement in Education.

 

The standard addresses professional and technical issues of instrument development and use in education, psychology and employment and speaks to such issues as team building, career exploration, conflict management and leadership and coaching.

Succeed with Style Awarded Charter Member Status and Certification

Both of the principal partners of Succeed with Style, Robert H. Noe and Patricia J. Redic were recently given Charter Member status to the AiA Classic program from Inscape Publishing.  In addition, their studies and involvement with the 50 year old program’s revitalization has earned them each the title of Certified Facilitator, currently offered to only a select few.

 

AiA Classic is a 30 hour interactive, experiential human relations program that acts as an empowerment strategy for today’s workplace.  Originally called “Adventures in Attitudes”, the now AiA Classic helps people understand that they can choose how to perceive and respond to events around them, and that it is in their control to change a negative outlook to one that is positive.  By establishing personal responsibility, accountability and emotional intelligence, individuals learn that passive resistance can be transformed into high-energy performance.  Using small-group interaction, shared personal experiences, individual and group exercises and facilitator-led discussions, AiA Classic provides a remarkable process for self-discovery.

MILLENNIUM OPENS THIRD LOCATION:  GOLD CANYON, ARIZONA

 

Millennium Benefits Group recently acquired 3 buildings on 27 acres at the base of the Superstition Mountains located approximately 36 miles southeast of Phoenix.  This property borders the Tonto National Forest and will be home to Millennium's third office.  Millennium's main office address is Chagrin Falls, Ohio and a second office is situated in Gatlinburg, Tennessee in the heart of the Great Smokey Mountains.

 

The Arizona offices will better serve Millennium’s growing Southwestern client base and accommodate future planned development. Anticipated projects include the re-construction of an existing building to house an executive training camp and retreat conducted by Millennium Benefits Group and its associates. The Sonoran Desert is the perfect setting to convert stress into strength and soon our hosted journeys will be made available to representatives of selected industries, companies and clients.

Millennium Benefits Group and Vision Financial Corporation of Keene, New Hampshire, recently joined forces to accommodate increased production and streamline administrative functions.  Vision Financial is America's leading worksite marketing third-party administrator, with experience servicing over 110,000 life insurance policies and collecting more than $33 million in annual premiums.  Vision Financial provides full administrative services for payroll deducted products and will assist Millennium Benefits Group with the expansion of their current in-house administrative and customer service units.

MILLENNIUM BENEFITS GROUP SELECTED TO SERVE ON TWO INTERNATIONAL
INSURANCE ADVISORY BOARDS.

 

Millennium Benefits Group was recently asked to serve as a field advisor to Transamerica Assurance Company.  The first meeting took place in early July in Little Rock, Arkansas.  The two year appointment will concentrate on efforts to bring agent input from around the world into the hands of corporate Transamerica.  Millennium and nine other companies will be the voice of thousands of agents who serve the voluntary worksite market.  Topics such as technology and product development, customer expectations and operational issues were among the initial discussions.

 

In the past, Pat Redic, President of Millennium Benefits Group, served on the Agents Advisory Council for New York Life Insurance Company.  This year long appointment culminated in a six day meeting in New York City.   During this meeting, the entire New York Life management staff studied ways to implement the ideas and suggestions given by the Advisory Council.

The Community Bankers Association of Ohio recently voted to endorse Millennium Benefits Group as the company of choice to partner with member banks who choose to participate in the insurance industry.  The passage of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act presents financial institutions with the freedom to   become involved in the distribution of insurance products.  This strategic alliance gives banks a turnkey and profitable way to participate in the insurance arena without adding cost to the bank’s bottom line.  The pilot program with the 1st National Community Bank of East Liverpool, Ohio has successfully combined the advantages of worksite and banksite insurance marketing.

Entire Millennium Staff Graduates

 

As of July 31, 2001, the entire staff of Millennium Benefits Group had passed the State of Ohio insurance exam.  The States do not require office staff, technology staff or clerical workers to be licensed.  The carriers do not require their customer service staff to be state licensed.  Millennium Benefits Group believes that it is crucial that their staff is equipped to provide accurate and timely information and answers to all client questions, and to do so in a cheerful and upbeat manner.  Therefore, they have taken the time and care to require their entire staff to pass the insurance exam.
