Clients come to coaching not because they need it, but because they are ready for it. This is not therapy. We will not fall back into the past, but rather start where you are and move forward to become all of the good things that you are capable of being. Coaching is all about YOU. Coaching
is a powerful performance tool and people from all walks of life hire a coach
for an infinite number of reasons. You do not have to be rich, or famous or
athletic to have a coach. Perhaps the best answer to this question is to
describe my ideal client. I cannot
work with everyone who calls me. These

You will begin by taking your Personal Profile Assessment, to give you rich insights into you, your personality style, your preferred environments, reactions and your needs. You can simply end with that or choose to augment your profile results with a one-on-one PhoneCoach session. At that time, we will explore your report in depth and understand your strengths and how to best use those strengths to create positive outcomes. During that conversation we can explore the other tools we have to offer to enrich and sustain your new self-knowledge. This is where our Packaged Sales Courses, E-Learning, Seminars, Workshops and additional PhoneCoach sessions will help to further your progress to your desired results.

Once we receive your selection and payment, we will contact you via email to arrange for the call-in time and call-in phone number. Or, you can call us at 440-286-2010 to arrange for your PhoneCoach selection and you can also pay by check.
What
time zone do you observe for scheduling purposes?
Because we have offices in Ohio and Arizona, we are sometimes on Eastern Standard, sometimes Mountain and during the summer also Pacific time. So, for scheduling purposes we always use Eastern Standard Time.
Again, due to nature of our office locations and our travel schedules, you will be given the proper initial call-in number when you receive your confirmation e-mail. During our first phone call, I will advise you of future call-in numbers. However, the phone number at our Ohio office is efficiently monitored throughout business days and hours, Eastern Standard Time. 440-286-2010
In order to make a change to a scheduled coaching call, you must notify our office at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Monday appointments must be cancelled by 5:00 pm EST Friday. If you do not provide the required notice or if you fail to attend your session for any reason, you will forfeit the session without reimbursement. If you are late calling in for your session, those minutes will also be forfeited. Promptness and a respect for time is a hallmark of a successful person.
The
PhoneCoach sessions that come with your Sales and Customer Service
Packages, incorporate telephone coaching time after each assignment, assessment
or independent learning event. This
helps to keep you focused and on track and allows for time to ask questions,
clarify plans and keeps you moving forward to positive results.
The A la Carte sessions are available in 3 flavors
Stand alone sessions - 45 minutes in length
Three 30 minute sessions to be used within one month
Three
30 minute sessions per month for a three month period.
Best used for in depth questions, strategic planning, presentation
analysis, motivational support, and the ongoing desire for insight and
action.
The Laser Coach sessions are 15 minutes in length and can be purchased in bundles from 4 sessions to 12 sessions. The more sessions you purchase at one time, the better the value. It’s like having a coach on retainer! Best used for quick questions, concept reinforcement, brainstorming, fine-tuning, getting “unstuck”, inspiration and the ongoing desire for insight and action. Like an intense spot treatment for success!
I

Now what?
When we receive your signup and payment, I will email the full course outline to you and will arrange for a time for our first PhoneCoach session. When we speak, we will determine a schedule for each of the 7 steps and reserve times for your PhoneCoach sessions. You control the pace of course completion based on your needs and time situation.
Is
the procedure the same for all of the Insurance and Real Estate and

Yes, the procedure is the same.
Since
personality style is something you will soon be learning, I do not want to
discuss my style on this page. Rather
I would like for you to use your new knowledge and decide for yourself what
style indicators you pick up from me. What

DiSC is a personal profile assessment that is self-administered either online or by paper and is self-scored. It is designed to help people understand their behaviors and those of others. Using DiSC in the work environment provides a common language for understanding various behavior and communication styles and preferences. DiSC helps employees better understand each other and recognize the valuable contributions of different styles. The DiSC assessment is also very valuable for individuals who wish to understand their behaviors in a given setting.
DiSC is a highly validated instrument and is found to be
extremely accurate. It meets a
variety of different standards that have been established by the scientific
community throughout the years.

Most of the DiSC assessments are available in the paper version as well as online. You will find a complete list on the Order Now page.
Use the online version when you want instant personalized, narrative reports emailed directly to you. Also note that there are no shipping charges associated with the online products. In the interest of time, the online assessments are useful prior to a group class or workshop because the results can be printed ahead of time. How
does DiSC Classic compare to the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator?
The
DiSC Classic and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator are often compared in the
marketplace among people interested in learning more about themselves and
others. However, they actually originate from very different theories, and have
been designed to some extent for different purposes.
They also take different approaches to representing behavior patterns.
Therefore, it is inappropriate to make direct comparisons between the uses or
results of each instrument. The profiles obtained from each instrument should
not be correlated. They were designed for different purposes and are based on
different views of human behavior. Because the two instruments provide different
kinds of information, they might very well augment each other as separate views
of the same individual.

Can
the DiSC Assessment be used to screen new hires or promotions?
No and Yes. According to the
Executive Order 11247 of the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission, any test
or measurement that is to be used for selection in employment, must be proven
for validity and reliability specific to the functions of the position for which
the candidate applied. The DiSC assessment, while tested for reliability and
validity as to behavioral tendencies, is not meant to be used as a tool for
selection of employees. However, to
determine who might best be suited for a particular job or project within your
organization, a hiring manager can take the Role Behavior Analysis to clarify
the types of behavior that a particular job description requires.
Then, assuming the employees have already taken the DiSC Profile, you can
use the existing report results to decide who might best fit the role for the
job or project.
DiSC
has broad applications within all organizations and is a cost-effective,
flexible resource that can be easily incorporated into a variety of training
programs including:
DiSC can be built into self-study, classroom, workshop or retreat settings. Uses range from one-time offerings for building personal awareness to ongoing training as described above.
That is a good question, and the answer is Yes. Organizations can reflect the behavioral style of its leader. Also the type of work done by the organization can influence the behavioral style. Certain industries require a certain style in order to be successful. By recognizing the organization's style, you can determine what behaviors you need to adapt to the style of the company as well as determine whether or not the company is right for you.
Is
there a “best” Behavior Style or Classical Profile Pattern?
No. There are no right or wrong ways to achieve any given outcome. Success is more associated with a person’s motivation to succeed. An individual can modify his/her behaviors and environment to suit his/her style. For example, a High I salesperson may spend time generating enthusiasm and entertaining a client in an effort to create a favorable impression instead of going for a fast close as their High D counterpart might enjoy. People’s success is not connected to having a certain behavioral pattern. Instead, people are effective if they know themselves, understand others, and can adapt to the needs of the situation.
