There are four behavior dimensions or characteristics of all human behavior. Our Personal Insight Assessment offers a perception model for understanding and managing differences. THE PROCESS

The actual assessment is comprised of 28 sets of 4 word choices that the individual (you) self selects as being “most like” or “least like” you (him or her). The profile is administered by paper and is mailed to you. It takes about fifteen to twenty minutes to complete and scoring and interpretation tools are included. You will learn about your highest style preference and your tendencies, needs, preferred environment and strategies for effectiveness. You'll explore and discover your potential strengths and weaknesses.

Please keep in mind that no dimension or pattern is better or worse than another and there are no right or wrong answers. Rather, the report shows your personal responses to your environment.
